Mitchel J. Laskey
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mitchel J. Laskey leads Brijot Imaging Systems as President and Chief Executive Officer and also serves as a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to joining Brijot, Laskey was Chief Executive Officer of the AccessOnTime division of LifeStar Response Corporation, a leading national healthcare logistics company, where he served as co-chairman of the board of directors.
For more than 30 years Laskey has held executive management and leadership positions for public and private companies, and has served on a variety of not-for-profit charitable, private and public company board of directors. During his career, he has had extensive experience in developing growing technology companies and working closely with their institutional private equity investors.
Before LifeStar, Mr. Laskey was chairman, chief executive officer and president of Cytura Corporation, an information technology and enterprise content management company. Prior to joining Cytura, Laskey was the co-founder, CEO and president of Dynamic Healthcare Technologies Inc. (DHTI-NASDAQ), a leader in healthcare clinical information systems. Laskey is a co-founder of CNL Bancshares Inc., a leading Florida commercial bank, and is a member of the CNL Bank Central Florida board of directors.
Laskey holds bachelor degrees in accounting and marketing from the University of South Florida; he has been a licensed CPA in Florida since 1974.
Robert P. Daly
Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer
Robert P. (Bob) Daly leads Brijot Imaging Systems, Inc.'s engineering and technology teams as Vice President, Engineering and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to Brijot Daly served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Triton Network Systems, Inc.
Daly has developed the long-term product development plan for Brijot. He has also been instrumental in the complex direction of improvements in algorithmic software, facilitation of customer hardware technology cost reduction, and the recruitment of a highly talented technical and engineering team. Daly's leadership ensures optimum product performance, the highest engineering standards, and the ability to drive development to meet specific market needs.
Daly has presented at IWPC – Millimeter wave Sensors for Transportation Security Applications and other respected industry events. He is also a member of MACF Board of Directors and APICS Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM).
Daly holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida, and a masters degree in Project Management from the George Washington University.
Patrick Gayhardt
Senior Vice President Global Sales and Business Development
Most recently, Patrick Gayhardt was employed by BAE Systems, where he was vice president/general manager, border and transportation security solutions. In that role, he directed a new business unit focused on the global border and transportation security markets. This included the United States, Middle East, and Indian security markets. Prior to BAE, Gayhardt worked for ADT Security Services, where he served as vice president and group director, overseeing ADT’s Federal Systems Division. There he executed strategic and operational plans that greatly improved the division’s productivity and increased growth. He was also responsible for targeting strategically important federal programs and contract vehicles and implemented an integrated business development and capture management process that increased revenue and bids won. Prior to ADT, Gayhardt held senior management positions with Siemens Building Technologies, Security Technologies Group, Sensormatic Electronics Corporation, and Tele–Tector of Maryland.
Gayhardt holds a bachelor's of arts in business administration from Roanoke College, in Roanoke, Virginia.
Rachel Wanner
Vice President Global Marketing, Communications & Government Affairs
Rachel Wanner leads Brijot’s marketing, communications and government affairs strategies. Prior to Brijot, Wanner served as the Director of Communications & Government Affairs at BAE Systems. In this role she helped to identify strategies to allow BAE Systems, a large defense contracting firm, enter the security market.
Prior to joining the private sector, Wanner spent a number of years in the Federal Government providing oversight on the creation of the post September 11th homeland security structure and serving as a policy expert on border and transportation security. As a professional staff member on the first standing House Homeland Security Committee, Wanner worked with departments, agencies and the private sector on issues related to cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, and border security. After her time on the Hill, Wanner went to the Homeland Security Council at the White House where she managed the bi-annual evaluation of progress toward the implementation of existing homeland security mandates, including: US-VISIT Exit; the comprehensive terrorist-related screening procedures embodied in Homeland Security Presidential Directives 6, 11, and 12; the SAFE Port Act; and the National Strategies for Maritime Security and Aviation Security.
Wanner holds a Master’s degree in Security Policy Studies from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Government from California State University Sacramento.
Frankie Guerrero
Vice President, Operations
Frankie Guerrero is responsible for the day to day operations of Brijot’s manufacturing, field services, technical support and training as Vice President of Operations. Prior to Brijot Guerrero served as Vice President of Engineering & Manufacturing at Controlled Semiconductor, Inc.
Guerrero has implemented Brijot’s short and long range plans and resulting requirements for material, manpower, equipment and facilities to meet production schedules. He is also responsible for manufacturing methods and procedures which assure lowest manufacturing costs consistent with quality specifications. Additionally he manages all suppliers to ensure continuous flow of raw materials and subassemblies.
Guerrero holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in mechanical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
